His Excellency Mr. Paul Johnston, the British Ambassador, presented his Letters of Credence to the President at Áras an Uachtaráin on Thursday, 8 October 2020.
The ceremony was conducted in full compliance with Covid-19 public health guidelines, including physical distance requirements.
Mr Paul Johnston was appointed Her Majesty’s Ambassador to Ireland in succession to Mr. Robin Barnett CMG who will be retiring from the Diplomatic Service.
